Voicemail shortcodes

When listening to your messages you can:

2 Repeat message

3 Delete message

4 Rewind message by 8 seconds

5 Hear the number of the person who has

called you (works on current message only)

55 Return the call

6 Fast forward 8 seconds

66 Hear the next message

7 Save the current message

9 Help

Please note: Call Return will not work if

the caller has withheld their number, or if

the call originates from outside the UK.

Internet Calling voicemail

Leaving a message

Callers who dial your internet calling 0560 number

will be able to leave messages in a separate mailbox.

Listen to your Internet Calling messages

When connected to Internet Calling, dial

1571

or press 1 to check your voicemail

messages, your BT handset will play messages

stored in your Internet Calling mailbox.

Please remember you have separate mobile

and Internet Calling numbers. We recommend

you publicise your mobile number as calls

made to your 0560 number will still arrive

when you are in Wi-Fi coverage.
